Discussion on Endurological Treatment of Duplicate Kidney Combined with Upper Urinary Tract Stones
重复肾合并上尿路结石腔内泌尿外科治疗方法的探讨

摘要

目的 对重复肾合并上尿路结石腔内泌尿的外科治疗方式进行分析和研究。方法 随机选取2021年4月至2022年5期间收治的重复肾合并上尿路结石患者30例，30例患者中应用体外冲击波碎石术的有10例，输尿管镜取石术的有10例，微创经皮肾取石术10例，所有患者术后通过身体情况的检查来对不同治疗方式起到的效果进行评价。结果 应用体外冲击波碎石术、输尿管镜取石术、微创经皮肾取石术治疗方式的患者结石清除率高，所有的患者手术均成功，且术后并没有出现尿路损伤以及大出血等症状。结论 重复肾合并上尿路结石患者治疗中应用腔内泌尿外科治疗方式能够提升结石清除率，也能减小术后多种并发症出现，因此与其他治疗方式相比具有更高的安全性和有效性。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and study the surgical treatment of duplication of kidney combined with upper urinary tract calculus endouria.
Methods Randomly select 30 patients with duplication of kidney complicated with upper urinary tract calculi who were treated from April 2021 to May 2022. Among the 30 patients, 10 cases received extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, and 10 cases received ureteroscopic lithotripsy. Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy was performed in 10 cases. All patients underwent physical examination to evaluate the effect of different treatment methods.
Results The stone-free rate of patients treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, ureteroscopic lithotripsy, and minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy was high. All the operations were successful, and there were no symptoms such as urinary tract injury and massive bleeding after surgery.
Conclusion   The application of endourology in the treatment of patients with duplication of kidney and upper urinary tract stones can improve the stone-free rate and reduce postoperative complications, so it has higher safety than other treatments and effectiveness.
