Nursing analysis of combined Chinese and western medicine therapy combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy for the treatment of urinary stones
中西医结合疗法联合体外震波碎石术治疗泌尿系结石的护理分析

摘要

目的 分析和研究在泌尿系统结石治疗中使用中西医结合疗法体外震波碎石治疗时不同护理方式起到的效果和作用。方法 本次实验时间为2022年5月至2023年5月，实验对象为该时间段在本院收治泌尿系结石患者64例，为了保障研究合理性，应该将这64例患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各分得32例患者。两组患者均采用中西医结合疗法联合体外震波碎石术进行治疗，对照组在治疗期间实施常规护理，观察组在治疗期间实施综合护理，护理后对两组患者基本情况实施对比，通过对比了解不同护理方式的优劣。结果 根据实验结果可以得知，观察组患者治疗情况明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组患者护理满意度为93.75%，高于对照组81.25%（P＜0.05）。结论 在使用中西医结合疗法联合体外震波碎石治疗泌尿系结石患者时为其实施综合护理能够降低多种不良事件发生，也能从护理质量保障中提升患者身体恢复效率和护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyse and study the effect and role of different nursing methods in the treatment of urinary stones using combined Chinese and Western medicine therapy with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.
Methods: The experimental time is from May 2022 to May 2023, the experimental object is 64 cases of urolithiasis patients admitted in this hospital in this time period, in order to guarantee the reasonableness of the study, the 64 patients should be randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, and each group is divided into 32 cases of patients. Both groups of patients were treated with combined Chinese and Western medicine therapy combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, the control group implemented conventional nursing during the treatment period, and the observation group implemented comprehensive nursing during the treatment period, and the basic conditions of the two groups of patients were compared after the nursing care, so as to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the different nursing methods through comparison.
Results: According to the experimental results, the treatment of patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 93.75%, which was higher than that of the control group at 81.25% (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : The implementation of comprehensive nursing care for patients with urolithiasis in the treatment of urolithiasis using combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy can reduce the occurrence of various adverse events, and also improve the efficiency of patients' physical recovery and nursing care satisfaction from the nursing care quality assurance.
