Application of pain nursing combined with Evodia hot pressing in urological surgery patients after laparoscopic surgery
疼痛护理联合吴茱萸热熨在泌尿外科腹腔镜术后病人中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨疼痛护理联合吴茱萸热熨在泌尿外科腹腔镜术后患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2020年12月在我院行泌尿外科腹腔镜手术的患者60例，将其随机分为两组，每组患者人数均为30例。对照组患者采用疼痛护理干预，观察组患者采用疼痛护理联合吴茱萸热熨，比较这两种方法对泌尿外科腹腔镜术后患者的临床护理效果。结果 经过数据分析可以发现，观察组患者在术后12h、术后24h及术后48h的疼痛VAS评分、初始疼痛时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间和满意度，与对照组患者的相关数据，均存在着明显的差异，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 采用疼痛护理联合吴茱萸热熨，可以显著减轻泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者的术后疼痛程度，并使患者的整体康复进度明显加快，令患者对护理治疗工作的满意度大大提高，促进该类患者的早日出院，值得在今后的临床工作中进一步推广。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application effect of pain nursing combined with Evodia hot pressing in patients after laparoscopic surgery in urology.
Methods: A total of 60 patients who underwent urological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with pain nursing intervention, and patients in the observation group were treated with pain nursing combined with Evodia hot pressing. The clinical nursing effects of these two methods on patients after laparoscopic surgery were compared.
Results: After data analysis, it can be found that the pain VAS score, initial pain time, first exhaust time, first defecation time, and satisfaction of the observation group at 12h, 24h, and 48h after surgery are related to those in the control group. There are significant differences in the data, which are statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The use of pain nursing combined with Evodia hot pressing can significantly reduce the postoperative pain of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in urology, and significantly speed up the overall rehabilitation progress of patients, greatly improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing care work, and promote this category The patient’s early discharge from the hospital is worthy of further promotion in future clinical work.
